Consistent Race with Gradual Pace Changes Kayleigh began the race with a strong first-mile pace of 12:29 per mile. Her total time for the 10K was 1:24:34, averaging a pace of 13:38 per mile. In her gender division of F25-29, Kayleigh placed 136th out of 2010 participants. Notably, her first mile was the fastest, suggesting a strong start. Future strategies could include maintaining the early momentum or gradually accelerating in the latter miles to optimize performance.
