Steady Improvement Showcased with Strong Final Push Han Bui's performance at the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K was marked by a consistent improvement in pace throughout the race. Starting with a 10:36 min/mile pace at the first mile, Han made noticeable progress, reducing her pace by over a minute to 9:30 min/mile by the sixth mile. This strong finish contributed to an overall pace of 9:59 min/mile. Finishing the 10K in 1:01:56, Han placed 483rd out of 2010 participants, 183rd among females, and 24th in her F40-44 division. Notable is her progression through the field, improving her overall position from 608 to 475 as the race progressed. Han's capacity to consistently decrease her pace is commendable. To enhance future performances, focusing on the start of the race to match the strong pace set later could yield even better results. Keep up the impressive work!
