The gradual improvement in pace throughout the race is commendable, starting at 8:32 min/mile for the first mile and consistently decreasing, with his fastest pace of 7:32 min/mile recorded during the twelfth mile. Notably, Aiden elevated his overall standing, moving from 796th in the first mile to 539th by the end, marking a substantial improvement during the race. Aiden represented the UTHealth Houston (Official) team and placed 88th in his M25-29 division out of a total of 4907 participants. Maintaining a steady pace, particularly from the fifth mile onwards, helped in improving his placements in the male category from 647th to 459th by the finish.
