Consistent Splits and Strong Finish Jeremie Poizat demonstrated impressive consistency and endurance in the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon & 10K, securing a first-place finish in the M Masters division. He completed the 10K with an overall time of 37:07 and an average pace of 5:59 min/mile. Jeremie's splits showcased a steady performance, maintaining a remarkable pace around the 6:00 min/mile mark across the race. Notably, Jeremie held his position well throughout, finishing 6th overall and 6th in the men's category, out of a field of 2010 participants. His fastest split was recorded between the fourth and fifth mile at 5:55 min/mile, reflecting a strong ability to push in the latter part of the race. A slight drop in pace occurred at the fourth mile, at 6:10 min/mile. Focusing on maintaining a uniform pace could enhance future results. Excellent mastery was shown in executing the race strategy effectively.
