Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Gloria Suarez completed the 10K Handcycle event, finishing with an overall time of 1:13:30 and an average pace of 11:51 min/mile, ranking 7th among female participants. Her effort was consistent, showing notable strength in the splits, particularly the third mile, with a time of 11:04, her fastest segment. This reflects an ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the race. Despite a slight decrease around the fourth mile, with a pace of 14:21 min/mile, she recovered well in her final performance. Analyzing her performance from a coaching perspective, Gloria delivered a reliable pace compared to her previous event, where she clocked an average of 12:34 min/mile during the 2024 Half Marathon Handcycle. Focusing on maintaining this consistency and managing pace fluctuations will boost her endurance even further, potentially yielding even stronger results.
