Consistent Effort with a Stellar Division Finish! Katelyn Rodriguez completed the 2025 UTHealth Houston Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:30:21, maintaining an average pace of 11:28 min/mile over the 13.1-mile course. Her early miles showed steady pacing, with minimal variation; she clocked sub-11:00 minutes per mile in the first half. Notably, she maintained the 2nd spot in her division, F0-14, throughout the race. Despite a slower segment between miles 8 and 12, she regained a stronger rhythm in the final stretch and secured a consistent division ranking. Katelyn's performance demonstrated remarkable staunchness, particularly evident from her consistent division placement. Her statistics point to a solid effort, though there's potential to shave time in the second half. Focusing on maintaining speed in the latter stages might help improve her overall pace.
