Strong Start, Challenges in the Later Stages Tonya Bradley began the race with an incredible first mile split of 6:41, placing her 25th overall and 2nd among females. Such a rapid tempo shows her ability to push the pace early, a commendable effort and an excellent demonstration of her running potential. However, subsequent splits show a significant deceleration, with a second-mile pace of 13:17, placing her 11th in the F50-54 age division. The variance between her initial and succeeding splits may indicate areas for maintaining a more consistent pace. By the 6th mile, Tonya's split pace increased to 20:27, leading to an overall elapsed time of 1:45:32.
