Impressive Early Splits Highlight Gwen Ray's Strong Performance Gwen Ray delivered an exceptional performance at the 2025 Trail Race Antelope Canyon. She completed the 13.3-mile race with an elapsed time of 2:38:25, maintaining an impressive average pace of 11:54 min/mile. Notably, Gwen achieved 9th place among females and secured 2nd place in her division (F40-44). Her early miles were particularly remarkable, with consistent split times under 8:30 minutes from Mile 1 to Mile 3, demonstrating strong pacing skills. These early splits showcase an admirable start, particularly Mile 4, clocking in at a remarkable 7:55 pace.
