David Secures Top Division spot at Antelope Canyon David Pulley completed the 13.3-mile Trail Race at Antelope Canyon with an impressive elapsed time of 2:36:05. He maintained a pace of 11:44 per mile. Starting strategically, he advanced from a start position of 71st in his gender to finish 8th in the male category. His early splits, Mile 1 through Mile 4, reflected strong pacing with sub-10-minute miles. Notably, David clinched the first place in his Male 50-54 division, showcasing his consistency and endurance across the race. The most significant improvement was seen at Mile 4, where he hit his fastest pace of 8:23 per mile. While the seventh-mile stretch showed a slower pace at 13:09, he regained momentum in the final miles. Overall, he placed 14th out of 299 participants, a commendable achievement. Continuing to refine pacing strategies in the longer stretches could further enhance his performance in future races. Well done, David!
