Ten climbs completed; average climb 37:00 per lap, fastest 34:11 (Lap 4), slowest 40:13 (Lap 7). 1st in 2 Person and 1st in 2 Person Relay; 9th of 238 overall. Held the category lead from Mid A Lap 1 to the finish. Gondola rides averaged 7:42 (longest 8:44), and gondola-exit-to-start transitions averaged 1:30 (best 1:19). Laps 2-4 averaged 34:47; Laps 7-9 averaged 39:20. Next step: aim to keep the final three climbs under 38:00 by replicating the Lap 4 rhythm, and continue trimming transitions toward a consistent 1:20. Consider locking a steady effort through E-H segments, where late-lap splits expanded.
