Division Runner-up with Midrace Surge and Strong Climb Efficiency 22.01 miles in 7:35:57 at 20:42 per mile. 8th of 238 overall; 2nd in 5 Person Relay. Ten climbs totaled about 6:02:27 of uphill time, averaging 36:15 per climb at roughly 16:28 per mile. Fastest climb 30:16 (Lap 5); slowest 40:37 (Lap 1), a 10:21 spread. Position improved from 176th at the start to 8th by the finish. Laps 5-10 averaged 33:49, showing a strong midrace lift. Gondola turnarounds averaged 8:06; keeping them nearer the early 7:44-7:53 range could save about 2-3 minutes. Coaching focus: bring early climbs (Laps 1-4) closer to the later 33:49 average; doing so would trim roughly 24 minutes across the day while maintaining the late-race consistency.
