Top-10 Overall, Division Podium, Fastest Final Lap 7:51:50 for 22.01 miles (21:26/mile). 10th of 238 overall and 3rd in the 3-Person Relay. Position gain: 172 at the start to 10 by the end of Lap 1. Climb times by lap: 34:10, 35:13, 35:57, 37:44, 39:58, 41:29, 37:13, 39:08, 42:02, 33:06 (fastest). Average turnaround from finish to next start about 9-10 min, with a longer 11:41 before Lap 8. Coaching focus: target steadier mid-race climbs by keeping Laps 5-9 closer to 36-38 min, tighten turnarounds to save 1-2 min per lap, and bring elements of the final-lap effort earlier in the day.
