Fastest result among listed performances, 24 seconds quicker than the previous best of 6:47:40. Moved from 169th at the start to top-10 by the first climb, then advanced to 3rd by Lap 10. Climb stats: average ascent per lap 31:21 over 10 climbs; fastest on Lap 7 at 27:30. Laps 7-10 averaged 28:52 versus 33:00 for Laps 1-6. Gondola turnarounds ranged 7:27-10:08; standardizing these near 7:30 and keeping start-to-finish transitions under a minute could save 2-4 minutes. Target early climbs around 30:00 while preserving the late-lap efficiency to chip away at the next benchmark.
