Jumped from 163rd at the start to 8th by 0.22 miles; 6th by end of Lap 1. Fastest ascent 29:12 (Lap 2); average ascent 33:27. First three ascents averaged 29:37, Laps 4–6 averaged 31:22, last three averaged 38:55. Finish-to-next-start transitions averaged 9:20 (fastest 8:25, longest 10:41). To sharpen results: target 36:00 on Laps 7–10, keep early climb cadence to hold sub-33:00 averages, and standardize transitions near 9:00 to save 2-4 minutes.
