Top 5% finish, 150-place gain, fastest climb on Lap 10 8:23:16 for 22.01 miles (22:51 pace) across 10 climbs. Finished 12th of 238 overall and 4th in 3 Person Relay. Advanced from 162 at the start to 12th at the finish, a gain of 150 places. Fastest climb was Lap 10 in 37:45; slowest was Lap 9 in 46:44. Closed the final 0.11 mile at 7:51 pace. Coaching notes: Aim to smooth mid-lap pacing, especially laps 7-9 where early segments slowed. Try to bring the Lap 10 rhythm earlier and streamline gondola transitions, which averaged about 8-9 minutes between Finish and Gondola Exit. With a strong 37:45 final climb, target keeping mid-race climbs under 40 minutes to maintain position gains earlier.
