Ten climbs: fastest Lap 4 44:15, next Lap 2 44:36; slowest Lap 9 53:26; average climb 48:24. Turnarounds from finish to next start averaged 11:48, with a best 10:00 before Lap 10. Early position jump from 109th at the start to 38th by the end of Lap 1, then up to 25th at the finish. Nine of ten climbs were under 50 minutes. Coaching notes: lock in the sub-50 rhythm late, especially Laps 8-9; use the Lap 10 rebound (49:11) as the template. Keep turnarounds at 10:30 or faster to bank about 10-12 minutes across the day. Target steadier effort between Laps 6-9 to close the gap between the 44-45 minute bests and the 53:26 spike.
