Significant Time Improvement with Consistent Pacing Isabella Cram demonstrated remarkable progress in the 2025 Deseret News Marathon 10K. She finished with an overall time of 38:23, averaging an impressive pace of 6:11 min/mile. Her elapsed time marked an advancement from previous races, beating her 2022 time of 40:36, her 2023 time of 41:13, and her 2024 time of 40:23. This year, she consistently maintained her pacing, especially notable in her fast second mile (5:59 min/mile split) and strong finishing mile (6:03 min/mile split). Throughout the race, Isabella demonstrated consistency and speed, with all splits within the 6:11–6:29 min/mile range. Her pace improved by 19 seconds per mile from last year, evidencing her hard work and dedication. Looking ahead, focusing on optimizing the middle segments of the race could further enhance her performance. Participating as part of the Davis Girls A team, she solidified her standing in the F15-18 division and showcased her potential for future races.
