Consistent Pacing and Improved Performance Molly Memmott successfully improved her overall pace in the 2025 Deseret News Marathon 10K event returning a time of 46:48, beating her previous year's time by 40 seconds. With a consistent pacing strategy, she maintained an average pace of 7:32 min/mile. Notably, her most efficient split was recorded between miles 1 and 2 with a split pace of 7:12 min/mile. Such strategic bursts can be further refined for additional gains in future races.
