Consistent Pace and Strategic Improvement Parker maintained a consistent and impressive pace throughout the 10K race, finishing with an overall time of 37:29 and an average pace of 6:02 min/mile. His performance was particularly strong in the latter half of the race, with the fastest split recorded between miles 3 and 4 at a pace of 5:58 min/mile. This showcases Parker’s ability to accelerate and sustain a challenging pace over several kilometers. From start to finish, Parker improved his placement, moving from 126th overall at the first mile to 111th by the end of the race. In his division (M15-18), he also showed commendable improvement, moving up ten places from 69th to 59th.
