Strong Steady Performance Across Relay Splits The team delivered a consistent performance in the 2025 Deseret News Marathon with an overall time of 3:38:39 and an average pace of 8:20 min/mile. They secured an impressive third place out of 91 participants in the Mixed team category and seventh in the corporate cup division. This well-paced effort was characterized by balanced splits and a steady rate of improvement throughout the relay. Notably at the 13th mile, the team achieved their fastest mile split at 6:43 min/mile, demonstrating an impressive surge midway through the race. The team maintained a top-three position for the majority of the course, climbing steadily in the ranks as the race progressed. Strategic pacing adjustments were evident, particularly from miles 14 to 26, leading to a climb from 14th to 12th place overall by the finish line.
