Sustained Momentum and Teamwork on Display Team The Awesomes, hailing from Layton, UT, exhibited robust performance in the 2025 Deseret News Marathon with consistent running metrics across splits. The team maintained a steady pace, averaging an overall pace of 7:42 min/mile throughout the marathon relay. Notably, their fastest segments were clocked at 6:49 min/mile between miles 22 and 23. Their ability to hold an elapsed pace of around 7:37 to 7:42 min/mile for the majority of the race speaks to the team's endurance and strategy.
