Consistent Pace with a Strong Finish David displayed impressive consistency throughout the 10K event, achieving a final time of 32:19, maintaining an average pace of 5:12 min/mile. Notably, the second mile was his fastest split at 5:00 min/mile, showcasing his ability to power through early in the race. His performance improved by the third mile where he reached his best division placement at 10th in M15-18, indicating strategic pacing through the race's midpoint. Although his pace slightly decreased in the second half, with the final two miles averaging around 5:15 min/mile, David managed to secure a commendable spot, 13th in his division out of a significant number of participants. With strategic pacing and continued focus on maintaining the initial momentum seen in his earlier splits, there are promising areas for David to explore for future competitions.
