Consistent Performance with Strong Finish Ryan Osterloh, aged 34 from Sandy, UT, delivered a commendable performance at the 2025 Deseret News Marathon, completing the 26.2-mile course in 2:50:56. Ryan impressed by maintaining an average pace of 6:31 min/mile, securing 3rd place in the competitive M30-34 division. He executed an improved strategy compared to his previous race at the same event in 2023, shaving off significant time compared to his finish of 2:59:51 back then. Analyzing Ryan's split times, he showed consistency throughout the race. An early 6:07 min/mile pace set the stage, while a mid-race slow pace split at mile 6 (10:10 min/mile) was a temporary drop.
