Strong Finish with Sub 6:30 Pace Improvement Samuel Palmer-Dwore delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon, completing the 13.1-mile distance in 1:23:24. Achieving an average pace of 6:22 per mile, Samuel consistently improved his standings, finishing in 49th place overall among 6,546 participants and securing 6th in his division (M35-39). His pacing strategy was noteworthy, maintaining an initial pace of 6:40 for the first mile and steadily accelerating to close the race with a 6:01-minute mile. The progression during the latter half of the race was particularly commendable. A significant acceleration is visible from mile 5 to mile 9, where his splits registered between 6:04 and 6:10.
