Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Emily maintained a steady pace throughout the Boulderthon 5K, demonstrating her ability to adjust over the course of the run. Impressively, she picked up the pace in the second mile, clocking an 8:23 split, which was her fastest segment and allowed her to improve her positioning.
