Strong Performance with Consistent Pacing Melissa maintained a remarkable consistency throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. Her first mile was completed in 5:29, ranking her 48th overall and impressively first in her F25-29 division. She slightly slowed down in the second mile with a split time of 5:49, leading her to a third-place finish in her age division at that point. Her third mile showed a slight decrease in pace at 6:14, though she maintained a steady overall pace of 5:52 min/mile by race end. Melissa completed the 5K in 18:13, securing a third-place finish in the F25-29 division. Compared to the previous Boulderthon, she improved her overall pace from 5:54 to 5:52 min/mile. There is room to further refine the pacing strategy between the second and third miles to maintain or even accelerate the pace towards the finish, potentially enhancing future performance. Well done!
