Consistent Start but Slower Finish Randy Paul, running under NARC (NOT A RUN CLUB), completed the 2025 Boulderthon 5K in a time of 29:42. However, as the race progressed, his split times increased, with a notable decrease in pace to 10:37 min/mile by mile 3. Despite a consistent start, Randy's pace slowed incrementally, impacting his placement, which shifted to 400th overall by the end. He finished in the 50th position within his division. This pattern suggests focusing on maintaining pace consistency in the latter stages of future races. Strengthening endurance would help sustain the strong initial pace throughout the entirety of the race.
