Consistent Pace, Steady Improvement Grace Piechota showed impressive pacing throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. Starting with a 9:29 min/mile in the first mile, she gradually increased her speed to an 8:35 min/mile in the second mile and an even slightly faster pace of 8:33 min/mile by the third mile. This consistent improvement reflects a well-executed pacing strategy. Ending with an overall elapsed pace of 8:52 min/mile, Grace secured the 11th position in her F20-24 division out of many participants.
