Consistent Start, Steady Endurance Flynn Stubbings completed the 5K at the 2025 Boulderthon with an elapsed time of 36:04 and an average pace of 11:38 min/mile. Flynn started strong with a split pace of 10:37 min/mile for the first mile. However, the pace decelerated as the race progressed: 11:37 min/mile in the second mile, followed by 12:41 min/mile in the third. Despite the decrease in pace, Flynn maintained a consistent performance throughout the race.
