Strong Start Follows Challenging Middle Splits Shiela Villanueva completed the 2025 Boulderthon 5K with a total time of 35:49, averaging an overall pace of 11:33 min/mile. Her initial mile pace of 10:21 min/mile was her fastest, but the pace gradually slowed with splits of 11:53 and 12:10 min/mile for the second and third miles, respectively.
