Steady Progress Leads to Strong Finish Piero maintained a consistent pace from the start, clocking the first two miles at a steady 9:17 min/mile pace, placing 643rd overall and 65th in his division. A commendable improvement was observed from mile 3 onwards, where he accelerated to an 8:29 min/mile pace, boosting his overall position significantly to 475th. His ability to progressively quicken his pace showcased good endurance and strategic timing, especially as he finished mile 5 and 6 at a consistent 8:22 min/mile. Piero completed the 10K with an elapsed time of 53:44 and an average pace of 8:40 min/mile. Notably, he finished 297th out of 2,428 participants and 35th in his division.
