Consistent Performance with Strong Division Finish Sarah Orozco delivered a solid performance at the 2025 Boulderthon 10K. With an overall time of 46:49, her average pace was an impressive 7:33 min/mile, placing her 23rd among female competitors and securing the 3rd spot in her F40-44 division. Starting off strong, her initial split was 7:17 which set a positive tone for the race. Throughout the race, Sarah maintained consistent pacing, with some minor fluctuations. Notably, her strongest mile split was the second mile at 7:11 min/mile, demonstrating her ability to push through early on. There were slight increases in pace in miles four and six, but she managed to keep a steady rhythm overall. For future races, focusing on sustaining the energy used in her second mile across other splits could further enhance her performance. Overall, finishing 90th out of 2,428 participants is an outstanding effort.
