Consistency Meets Tough Finish Noah Hutchins maintained a strong and consistent pace throughout much of the 2025 Boulderthon, demonstrating early discipline and strategy. He started the marathon with solid splits, opening with an 8:03 min/mile pace. His split times fluctuated slightly, but he generally persisted with a strong pace until the 20th mile, where his average slipped into the mid-9-minute range. This consistency in his early miles could be a strength to leverage for the latter part of the race. Towards the end, particularly in the last few miles, Noah experienced a slowdown with splits significantly varying from 12:48 to as high as 20:50 min/mile. Analyzing the factors contributing to this change and working on endurance for longer distances could aid in maintaining his initial pace throughout the entirety of the marathon.
