Consistent Pacing Leads to Top 10 Gender Finish Sophie Seward demonstrated a strong and consistent performance in the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. She maintained a steady pace, starting with a swift 5:31 min/mile for the first mile. She clocked an impressive 5:32 min/mile in the second mile, showcasing her stamina and ability to maintain form. Although her pace decreased slightly to 5:59 in the third mile, she completed the race with a commendable average pace of 5:42 min/mile. Sophie finished with an overall time of 17:43. Remarkably, she earned 8th place in her gender category out of a large field of 1972 participants. Her split placements were consistently in the top 10 for her division, reflecting her competitive edge and endurance.
