Consistent Effort and Strong Finish at Boulderthon Karin started the race with a solid pace, completing the first mile at 11:02 minutes per mile. She maintained her consistency with a second mile split time of 10:47, slightly improving her pace to 10:54 min/mile. Her pacing strategy was evident, as she attempted to gain speed, although the third mile showed a slight decline at 11:57 min/mile. She completed the 5K race with an overall time of 35:06, averaging an 11:19 min/mile pace. Karin secured 15th place in the F55-59 division and was 354th in the female category. Out of 1972 participants, she placed 746th overall. To enhance future performance, focusing on maintaining pace consistency in the latter stages of the race could be beneficial. Great effort!
