Consistent Start, Slight Pace Decrease Tanner Magee demonstrated strong consistency in the initial stages of the 2025 Boulderthon 10K. Holding a steady pace of 7:23 min/mile for the first two miles, Tanner's placement improved from 119th place overall to 99th by the third mile, where the pace slightly adjusted to 7:33 min/mile. As the race progressed, an incremental decrease in pace was observed, transitioning from an 8:11 min/mile to an 8:10 min/mile. Ending with an overall position of 132nd out of 2,428 participants in a time of 48:27 and a pace of 7:48 min/mile, room for enhanced endurance in the latter miles is noted. Improving endurance during the latter stages could be beneficial for maintaining pace. This will be especially crucial in maintaining division placement, which was consistent throughout the race. Keep working on sustaining that initial strong pace longer for future races.
