Consistent Start with Opportunities for Mid-Race Adjustments Tara began the 2025 Boulderthon 10K with a steady initial pace, achieving a 9:07 min/mile split in the first mile and maintained an impressive ranking early on. During the initial half of the race, she maintained a strong performance, holding ranks within the top third of her division. However, a gradual pace increase to 10:54 min/mile was observed around the sixth mile. Her overall completion time was 1:02:34, averaging a 10:05 min/mile pace across the race. Tara finished 78th in the F30-34 division. Observing the split times, focusing on maintaining the consistent pace she had at the start could enhance her performance in future races.
