Consistent Effort with Slight Variability Seoyoung Kim showcased a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 10K, with an overall elapsed time of 1:00:41 and a pace of 9:47 min/mile. Her performance began with an excellent pace of 9:06 min/mile for the first mile, closely maintaining that pace through the second mile. As the race progressed, there was a slight decrease in speed, reflected in the gradual increase in split pace, reaching 10:24 min/mile by the sixth mile. Seoyoung's placement was commendable, especially given the field of 2428 participants. On the first mile, she held a position of 24th in her division, F35-39. Although the pacing slightly slowed, her determination kept her within the ranks, finishing as 37th in the division. To enhance performance in future events, focusing on steady pacing from mid-race to finish would be beneficial. Overall, Seoyoung maintained a solid effort throughout the event, representing ZFT Run Club commendably.
