Consistent Performance with Strong Divisional Finish Max Silverstein maintained a consistently strong pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon Half Marathon. Starting with a 5:52 min/mile pace for the first mile, Max quickly gained momentum, reaching a peak pace of 5:42 min/mile by the second mile. Notably, Max's pace remained under 6:00 min/mile through the first five miles, displaying commendable speed endurance. During the latter miles, Max experienced a slight slowdown, settling into a pace around 6:05 min/mile. However, Max still finished with an impressive elapsed time of 1:19:43. Out of 6,546 total participants, Max secured the 28th overall position and 26th among male competitors, highlighting excellent performance dynamics. Within the M15-19 division, Max finished 2nd. Analyzing these results, maintaining mid-race momentum and shaving a few seconds off later splits could enhance the overall performance spectrum in future races.
