Consistent Start, Energy Management Late Sergei Kiefel maintained a consistent pace early in the 2025 Boulderthon 10K with a notable start, opening with a solid 8:38 min/mile pace for his first mile. His second mile was slightly faster at 8:18, showcasing an ability to push early into the race. From miles three through six, Sergei's pace gradually decreased, ending with a 9:42 min/mile for the final mile, resulting in an overall pace of 9:00 min/mile. His splits indicate efficient pacing in the early stages, but an opportunity exists to improve endurance and maintain pace in later miles. As Sergei placed 54th in the M30-34 division, as well as 247th in gender, there is potential to climb the ranks in future races.
