Strong Start with Consistent Pace Alicia, a 30-year-old runner from Denver, CO, participated in the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. Her performance started with an impressive first mile at a pace of 7:58 min/mile. She managed to maintain a steady pace in the second mile, slightly improving to a pace of 7:54 min/mile. Her efforts in these initial miles placed her 164th overall among a field of 1,972 runners and 53rd among women.
