Consistent Progress with Positive Gains Erika Daniela maintained a steady pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 5K, showcasing remarkable consistency and small improvements in her splits. Her first mile split was recorded at 9:31 min/mile, and she managed to slightly accelerate in the second mile with a pace of 9:20 min/mile. Although the third mile saw a small decrease in pace to 10:09 min/mile, her overall pace remained stable with a final elapsed pace of 9:41 min/mile. Her consistent pacing and adjustments between miles are commendable. From the start to the finish, Erika managed to place 32nd in her division (F30-34), among 1972 total participants. Maintaining her pace through the different splits, she finished her 5K with an overall time of 30:04.
