Consistent Pace Acceleration in Boulderthon 5K La-doniea showed impressive pace progression during the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. Starting with a pace of 13:08 min/mile, she swiftly improved to 12:06 min/mile by the second mile, and maintained a steady finish with an average pace of 11:54 min/mile over the third mile. Her overall race time was 37:02, achieving an average pace of 11:57 min/mile. La-doniea finished in the top half of the F25-29 division, placing 83rd. Among female participants, she showed strong positioning, placing 433rd out of a substantial number of competitors. She advanced several positions throughout the race, moving from an overall position of 900 to 870 by the end. Despite being from Parker, CO, and potentially not familiar with the local conditions, La-doniea represented her team, ENDURANCE RUN CLUB, well. Continuing to focus on maintaining the quickened pace from miles two onward will benefit future races.
