Consistent Pace and Strong Finish Ronan Lu, a 12-year-old runner from Longmont, delivered a solid performance at the 2025 Boulderthon 5K. Covering 3.1 miles with an overall time of 25:15, he maintained an impressive average pace of 8:08 minutes per mile. Ronan showed improvement in pace as the race progressed. His split times were 9:15 for the first mile, 7:19 for the second, and 7:57 for the third, demonstrating an ability to adapt and push through the middle segment decisively. Finishing 172nd overall out of 1972 participants, Ronan's consistency is noteworthy, maintaining 11th place in his division (M14 & Under) throughout.
