Consistent Effort with Steady Pacing Melanie Manner completed the 5K at the 2025 Boulderthon with an elapsed time of 38:34, achieving an average pace of 12:26 min/mile. Her performance was consistent, with splits of 12:10, 12:07, and 13:07 minutes per mile. She finished 958th out of 1972 participants and ranked 496th in the female category, though more focus could be placed on improving the pacing consistency towards the end to reduce the slightly slower last split of 13:07 min/mile.
