Consistent Effort with Room for Consistency Gains Bria Carrington completed the 2025 Boulderthon 5K with a total time of 44:12 and an average pace of 14:15 min/mile. She showed consistency in her pacing, with split paces of 13:49, 14:00, and 14:45. Her first mile was her fastest at 13:49 min/mile, while the third mile showed a slight slowdown. She secured the 136th place in her F30-34 age division, demonstrating a steady performance throughout the race. One interesting aspect is Bria's overall positioning progression. Though she started strong with an overall place of 1137 after the first mile, her position adjusted to 1239 by the race finish. Consider increasing pace consistency for future races, particularly between the first and second splits. Engaging in interval training may help to maintain your early mile speed throughout the entire race. Keep up the effort, and continue to build on this experience for future races.
