Consistent Performance with Steady Pace Joseph Fratiello finished the 2025 Boulderthon 10K in 1:04:40, maintaining a steady average pace of 10:25 min/mile. Starting strong with a first mile pace of 10:10, Joseph kept his pace close to that mark, with slight variations, through the first three miles. Increasing his split pace slightly in the second mile at 10:16, he soon returned to the 10:10 min/mile mark for his third mile, demonstrating commendable consistency. Throughout the race, Joseph's placements were consistent as well, finishing at the 911th position overall out of 2428 participants. Notably, in the M45-49 division, Joseph secured a respectable 25th place. While his split times increased marginally in the latter half of the race, around 10:39 min/mile for the fifth and sixth miles, maintaining a consistent pace strategy could benefit efficiency in the race's latter stages.
