Consistent Pace Leads to Strong Mid-Pack Finish Timothy Garcia maintained a steady and consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 10K, showcasing his ability to sustain an average pace of 8:59 minutes per mile over the 6.2-mile course. Starting with an initial split of 8:55 min/mile, he improved briefly to 8:52 min/mile by mile 3, before settling back into a consistent sub 9-minute mile pace for the remainder of the race. This performance placed him 20th in his M40-44 division, out of 295 male participants. As Timothy progressed in the race, he held his position strong, finishing 383rd overall out of 2,428 competitors and 245th among male runners. Notably, his early effort to gain a position at mile three is commendable and sets a target for future races. Continuing development in pacing strategy could enhance his overall performance.
