Consistent Pace with Strong Finish Courtney maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Boulderthon 10K. She began with solid splits, running the first mile in 9:51 and maintaining this pace through the second mile. Her overall elapsed pace was 10:08 min/mile, showing minimal variation from start to end. This demonstrates excellent pacing strategy, especially in the middle sections where splits ranged slightly above a 10-minute mile but remained steady. Courtney finished the race in 1:02:50. Notably, she improved her position throughout, moving from 886th to 806th place overall. Her performance was even stronger in her gender and age division standings, where she climbed from 434th to 378th and from 91st to 81st, respectively.
