Consistent Effort Displayed Throughout the Race During the 2025 Boulderthon 10K, Shiquita Yarbrough demonstrated consistent pacing with an overall time of 1:51:36, averaging 18:00 min/mile across the 6.2-mile course. Starting with a 16:28 min/mile pace in the first mile, her speed gradually decreased but remained stable throughout. Her best split was the opening mile with a 16:28 min/mile, while the sixth mile was the slowest at 18:44 min/mile. Notably, she maintained her position fairly consistently within her F55-59 division, highlighting a strong endurance capacity in the latter half of the race. While Shiquita's overall placement was 1874th out of 2428 participants, she positioned 50th in her division. Her performance sees her maintain consistency in a competitive field.
